Standard Booking Conditions

Rates and guests 

  • Any rate of villas is subject to availability
  • Minimum stay 2 nights
  • Minimum age of guests making the booking 21 years.
  • Children -6 years stay for free in existing beds
  • When you rent 1-2 persons you will have access to one bedroom and one bathroom, kitchen/living room,  the terrace and the plunge pool

  • Only the number of guests given in the reservation is allowed to stay in the villa.

Payment and cancellation

  • 15% deposit within 3 working days from booking confirmation, the rest to be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
  • When booking closer than 30 days before arrival: 100% of total balance to be paid within 3 working days from the confirmation.
  • Cancellation earlier than 30 days of arrival – the deposit costs.
  • If you cancel 30 days or less, prior to arrival, due to illness, we can offer you to rebook the stay when it suits. Medical certificate is required.

Details of payment will be emailed to guest after booking. Please confirm method of payment and send payment receipt booking@fishermansvillas.com

  • Deposits and transfers made prior to arrival are non-refundable.
  • Extras to be paid in cash at out check out.

Standard Onsite Services

  • Regular check in time 2 pm – 6 pm. Later or earlier check in to be agreed in advance.
  • Check out time 8-11 am. Late or early check out is possible, but subject to availability.
  • Free transfer service from and to the ferry port at point of check in and check out. Guests to announce arrival and departure times at least 24 hours before arrival and departure to be guaranteed this service.
  • Two times free shuttle from the villa to Mae Haad (Pier area) 10.30 am and 6 pm
  • Daily cleaning of villas.
  • Daily pool cleaning.
  • Fresh linen and towels supplied every 3 days.
  • Free bottled water with  refill.
  • Mobile phone free of charge to be used for contacting domestic services on Koh Tao.
  • Electricity and water fees included*

*Please use carefully,  electricity cost ฿27/kWh.
